DELIVERY

The cost and delivery time

All orders placed before 14.00 will be sent the same day, from Monday to Friday (with the exception of bank holidays). The delivery time depends on the forwarder your have selected.

France Métroplitaine
Chronopost : 24H à 48H – 10€ - Free deliveries on orders over 250€

European Union
Chronopost : 24H à 48H – 15€ - Free deliveries on orders over 300€

Worldwide
Chronopost : 48H à 72H – Free deliveries on orders over 350€
The delivery time will depend on the country of destination. Usually packages are delivered between 4-6 days.

Tracking your shipment

For all orders placed on our website, you will receive a tracking number which will allow you to follow the status of your order.

Delivery problems

If you are not home…

In case of absence, a delivery notice should be left in your mailbox. This notice will tell you where and when to retrieve your order, or if another delivery has been scheduled.

After a certain amount of time, the order may be returned to Roseanna.

For any problems or inquiries regarding shipments please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail : contact@roseanna.fr .

Damaged packages

Please do not sign for a damaged package (damaged or open box). If you do, we will unfortunately be unable to reimburse you for any damaged or missing items.

Lost packages

f you have not received your package more than 6 days after shipment, please contact us. We will contact the forwarder and let you know what we find out.

RETURN

Return

If, for some reason, you wish to return a part of your order, please do so within 30 days from the date of receiving the package, by following the instructions below :

- Request a return by signing into your account. Our Customer Service team will confirm your request within 24 hours.

- Please print the confirmation, that can be downloaded from your account, and include it with the return. No returns will be accepted without this confirmation.
